Who do I contact for help?

Please contact your school rep for school specific questions (dates, times, volunteer schedule, etc.) You may contact r4funds@gmail.com with website, donation or other questions.

Where do I find my Student’s ID to look up donations?

Your student’s unique Student ID will/has come home on their Run Card after Run Day. If you need help locating it, please click here to request it.

I can’t find my donation or a donation made to my student – who can help me?

– If you have checked on the Check my Student Donations Page and don’t see a donation or see something incorrect, there could be several reasons why.

Misspelled student name on donation. We are working to correct misspellings/nicknames/etc as quickly as possible. When they are corrected to match school records, the donation will show up.
Check/cash donations not entered yet. Check/cash donations will be entered after accounting days and will show up on the list after that time.
Credit card declined. Please double check with your donor to ensure that the donation went through.
Incorrect amount listed. For online donations, please double check with your donor to verify that amount does/does not match receipt.
If you still have a concern about your student’s donations, please contact your school rep and/or r4funds@gmail.com and we will figure it out ASAP. Thank you

How do I donate to more than one student at my school? Can I donate with different amounts?

Fill out the donation form with the first student’s information, then hit the Continue button. Then you can fill it out again for the 2nd, 3rd, students. You can choose to give each student any amount you wish.

Why is there an extra charge for using a credit card?

This charge is a pass through of the charges that we incur from the credit card companies. We strive to keep our costs as low as we can so we add it on here rather than increase our cost to the schools. If you want to avoid this service charge, you are welcome to send in a check or cash with your student.

How can I give a per lap donation?

After your student’s Run Day, they will come home with their lap card or shirt marked with all of the laps they were able to complete in 30 minutes. They can then let any per lap donors know that lap count, then donors will be able to use the per lap calculator on the donations page.

How much money goes back to our school?

We strive to be the lowest cost and best value full service and DIY fundraising company on the front range. Our costs vary depending on the program and level of service selected. For specific costs questions, please email your school rep or Ed at rocksolidservices@comcast.net
